A couple weeks ago Chris Cashmen, host of Xbox Live’s prime time show 1 vs. 100, announced that, starting soon, real prizes would be given away. How soon was soon? As of last Friday, 1 vs. 100 began giving away Microsoft points and free Live Arcade games to the mob and the top-performing audience members. Last week, applicable players were awarded the Live Arcade installment of Worms, with the chance to get Worms 2: Armageddon. 1 vs. 100 is available for free in beta form, from the Primetime dashboard. Microsoft is yet to officially unveil a price point, however, and rumors continue to swirl around whether the game will be subscription-based or a one-time buy like most Live Arcade games.
To win you just need to catch one of the live shows on Friday night, 7:00 PM PST, or Saturday night at 5:00 PM. From there you just need to be in the top 3 for answering questions each round, or to get into the 1 vs 100 mob.
