2K Games announced this morning that they have acquired the North American publishing rights to [i]Conflict: Global Terror[/i], [i]Carmaggeddon[/i], and [I] Reservoir Dogs[/i] by way of an agreement with SCi Games. Taking players into 21st century, [i]Conflict[/i] is the highly anticipated sequel to the original [i]Delta Force[/i] game which sold 2.5 million units in North America, while [i]Carmageddon[/i] is being upgraded with new features for the consoles. [i]Reservoir Dogs[/i] will be based on the Quentin Tarantino films and aims to bring fans deep into the underground world.
“We are very pleased to again be working with SCi and building on the successes of this partnership,” said Christoph Hartmann, Senior Vice President of Publishing for 2K Games. “All three of these titles illustrate 2K Games’ commitment to producing high quality games from proven franchises and exciting licenses.”
[i]Conflict: Global Terror[/i] and [i]Carmageddon[/i] will ship this fall, followed by [i]Reservoir Dogs[/i] next year.
