WICHITA: On Tuesday a 9-year-old boy told his distraught mother of plans to swap a loaded handgun for an undisclosed Xbox videogame. The mother duly called police who later confirmed that in the boy’s backpack they discovered the weapon that was [i]almost[/i] traded in favor of a videogame.
