In a somewhat humorous and actually very logical statement, Peter Moore asked in a recent interview, “Tell me why you would buy a $600 PS3?” He then made the following statement, “People are going to buy two [machines]. They're going to buy an Xbox and they're going to buy a Wii … for the price of one PS3.”
This actually makes a lot of sense, and it is now evident that Microsoft is siding with Nintendo in the upcoming console war. Whether or not the combined might of M & N can break Sony’s death-grip on the majority of the gaming market is yet to be revealed. Either way, things are getting quite interesting.
