Half-Life 2 Special Edition is being shown on both Gamestop and EB Games with a tentative release date of November 1, 2004. Yes, that does indeed say this year, my fellow gamers! However, it is important to note that these dates are never set in stone unless spoken by the publisher itself, so we’ll have to wait and see.
The special edition of the game will include:
– DVD edition of the game
– Counter-Strike: Source,? the original multiplayer masterpiece, revamped with the new Source engine
– Half-Life: Source ? the critically acclaimed original, also redone with the powerful Source engine
– Free limited edition t-shirt (in men’s XL only)
– Half-Life 2 Prima book ? info on backgrounds, 100+ pieces of artwork, and in-depth info on the making of the game.
