History Channel DVD bundled with Caesar IV.

Sierra Entertainment has announced that, with the release of it's Caesar IV game it will be including a History Channel documentary entitled Rome: Engineering an Empire with the launch of Ceaser IV. This show, which was nominated for two Emmy awards, covers the architectural and technological development from 44 A.D., when Caesar first came to power, until the fall of the Empire around 537 A.D. Apart from being very entertaining and, dare I say, educational it will be also be good for the reason, as the chief strategy and marketing officer for Vivendi Games Cindy Cook pointed out, that “Players will have the opportunity to watch the show and put the actual practices of Roman engineers to use in 'Caesar IV.'” Kate Winn, vice president, Sales & Marketing, A&E Home Video, also offered the comment that “'Rome: Engineering an Empire' provides a unique look at the history of Rome through its engineering feats, and I think this will bring the players of Caesar IV a new perspective on the game.”
