Activision announced today that [i]Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events[/i] has been shipped out to stores nationwide. Based on the best selling books and upcoming feature film of the same name, the game will let players experience the lives of three Baudelaire orphans through 16 adventure filled missions.
“The Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events video game allows fans to experience first hand the enigmatic world, eccentric characters and darkly intriguing storylines from the popular book series and feature film like never before,” said Kathy Vrabeck, president Activision Publishing. “From the moment they are faced with their first perilous adventure, gamers will be engulfed in the captivating world of the Baudelaires.”
[i]Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events[/i] will be available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Gamecube for $49.99, while the PC and Game Boy Advance versions will go for $29.99.
