THQ announced today that MotoGP 3 will have an all-new gameplay mode that will, in their words, be the most significant upgrade to the franchise to date. Being dubbed as “Extreme Mode”, the new mode aims to bring the world of street racing to life, by allowing gamers to race on the streets or around the world on the Moto GP circuit.
“The MotoGP franchise has built a strong fan base with its visually stunning graphics and ability to accurately simulate GP racing,” said Jack Sorenson, executive vice president of worldwide studios, THQ. “The introduction of Extreme Mode will dramatically enhance the game-play and bike customization options, giving fans a street racing experience while expanding on the GP racing they’ve come to expect.”
Moto GP 3 is on its way to the Xbox and PC in May.
