As a holiday promotion, Microsoft was only charging $1 for a month of their GamePass service. Basically like Microsoft’s gaming version of Netflix, subscribers can download and play any game listed under the GamePass category on the XBL Marketplace before the monthly subscription expires. This gives me the opportunity to explore games I would normally not play or consider.
One of these games is Bard’s Gold. Not knowing anything about it, I decided to record my first play of this smaller, indie game. Even though there are some frustrating moments, this platforming Rougelike isn’t that bad. If you have GamePass, you might want to check this out.
