NES Classic Edition Coming in Nov and Loaded with 30 Great NES Games

Nintendo just announced the NES Classic Edition which is a mini version of the classic 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System.

This plug-n-play version of the console is significantly smaller than the original model, has HDMI support and comes with a classic NES controller that can also work with your Wii or Wii U console. Also, players can use their Classic Controller or Classic Controller Pro from their Wii and Wii U consoles for some 2-player action.  The system will sell for $59.99 and separate NES controllers will be sold separately for $9.99. This unit will arrive on November 11th just in time for the holiday shopping madness.

The console will come loaded with 30 games. Surprisingly, they are not all first party Nintendo titles. The downside is, this system is not compatible with your old NES carts nor can it updated to play more games in the future.
