Serious Sam is out to own your face

Serious Sam HD has been released for the PC and is out for download through Steam.  For those who don’t remember, Serious Sam is a no excuses, insane, over the top First Person Shooter that throws dozens of enemies at the player at any given time.  This remake looks to be a touch up on the graphics and has been rereleased at the budget price of 20 dollars.  The XBLA version of the game should be out in the near future.
