Everyone knows what time of the year it is…SPRING…well due to the hands of global warming and nature…Spring has been playing hide go and seek, but not the gurus at the Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 will be changing a few system specs to keep up with the world of instant messaging. Some of the add-ons will include increased instant messaging abilities, revisions to the Xbox Live Marketplace, and more detailed achievement alerts. If you were growing tired of navigating through the Microsoft Marketplace or having limited access to certain features within the GUI, things are about to change. Navigation panes for accessing chat rooms or Xbox Live Market will be placed in the same area on your screen, players will have the option of using the virtual keyboard to type messages or you can simply plug in a keyboard, by using the USB port. Players will have the ability to chat with six messenger contacts at any given time, and gamers will be able to customize their “blades”, which will be the Marketplace access point. Downloading issues is no more with the revision of the Xbox 360. Gamers will have the ability to re-queue previous downloads, so there is no more worries about leaving your system on over night. Another great add to the system is the instant notification of achievements. No more pausing your game and finding the guide button to get your latest achievements.
Whoever said spring cleaning was not fun?
