The Nielsen Compnay sent out a press release today announcing their findings on a survey of US households that have a video game console. The results showed that 41.1 percent of households (around 45.7 million) had a console in 2006. This is up from 39.1 percent of houses in 2005 and 35.2 percent in 2004. Around two thirds of men from 18-34 have a console in their home and a full report from Nielsen can be found on their website. Here’s to making a world full of gamers.
