Blaster Master Zero made a surprise appearance during Nintendo indie focused Nintendo Direct today. During this 20 minute presentation, Blaster Master Zero was announced with a March 9, 2017 release date. It will be available for $9.99 on 3DS and Nintendo Switch.
Acquiring the license from Sunsoft, Inti Creates has created a new game that pays homage to the original title while adding many new features. Top down action segments, side scrolling platforming, and new boss battles make these trailers something to get excited about. Also, the Sophia is back only this time it is named the Sofia III. The Switch version will also support 2-players whereas the 3DS version is single player only.
