Nintendo of America has confirmed the titles set to be released with its new Wii console, with a grand total of 32 retail and 30 Virtual Console games.
The Wii was originally thought to only have about 15 games available at launch, but this list pushes that number to over 25 just 3rd party titles. In addition to these launch titles, the Wii’s Virtual Console list was included with prices separated by system.
Games for the Virtual Console will use Wii points – NES games will cost 500, SNES at 800, N64 games at 1000, Genesis games are 800, and TurboGrafx 16 games will cost 600. Nintendo is also reportedly pushing for 10 new games every month, and all listed Virtual Console games will be available by December
